Guarantees and Terms

Temporary Foreign Workers Association has the right to refuse/cancel any member upon;

• Mental, verbal, physical abuse will never be tolerated
• Threatening terms to any Temporary Foreign Workers Association employee or our Corporation as a whole

Temporary Foreign Workers Association does not refund any payments made.  Temporary Foreign Workers Association hold complete documentation and all communication history to facilitate all the work we do and have done, in your file.  Temporary Foreign Workers Association’s judgment and researchable advises in the form of direction and all others, are solely based on experience and research.  The outcome is within the hands of the government or third party representative you have hired.

Any and all outcomes from our suggested solutions and its costs, program fees pertaining to the government or the law firm are the sole responsibility of the member (Client) not Temporary Foreign Workers Association.  At no time are you obliged to accept our advice or referrals.

Please understand and may we make it clear that TFWA of Canada is based as a non for profit society under the "society's act" within Alberta as per our society's papers posted at our front reception station.

The TFWA of Canada has been designed as a complete "support" system within Canada in aiding and assisting our exclusive members with problems that may vary from employers, personal and family problems, paperwork and government issues, creating misunderstandings and/or miscomprehension of what is being advised or told you to from Citizenship and Immigration Canada.  Also, abusive and threatening situations, legal assistance through our subcontracted law firms and much more.

Please DO NOT purchase a membership to the TFWA of Canada if goverment paperwork is all you need or if you are just taking advantage of our subcontracted lawyers, or simply just looking for a job. TFWA of Canada is not responsible for any situations or government decisions resulting from support given to you. At any time, you may accept our support or choose not to. The decisions are solely based on you, the member.

The TFWA of Canada are not PAID representatives, immigration consultants, lawyers, or an employment agency.

The TFWA of Canada is made up of supportive staff and volunteers under the willingness to help support foreigners in Canada from being taken advantage of or, have personal issues they are not able to handle on their own. It is YOUR responsibility, to keep in touch with us at all times. We are not responsible for expiring work permits or processing's of any kind.

TFWA of Canada uses Fedex for all packages sent to CIC and Service Canada.  Our packages are only sent out on Friday's unless it is an emergency.

Please understand that the TFWA of Canada does NOT REFUND or TRANSFER MEMBERSHIPS

All claims will undergo investigation and will be considered pending until granted an approval or rejection. Decisions will always be made within 48 hours of initial inquiry.
